Over the past year, I’ve been setting up the Clayroom @ Brighton Art Space; somewhere where you can get your sleeves rolled up and stuck into the clay. One of the greatest joys about teaching ceramics is getting to witness people lose themselves in the clay. While it can sometimes be tricky or unpredictable, pottery is ultimately fun and it provides an opportunity to just be in the present moment - no screens!

When I’m not teaching others, I return to my own artistic practice. In 2023, I graduated from Brighton University with a first-class degree in Fine Art Painting. Since then, I have not stopped making art, only these days my heart lies with pottery. My ceramics are adorned with symbolic & decorative surfaces, displaying my long-term love of painting and art history.
